Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Marionberry Glaze
This juicy, oven-roasted pork tenderloin is elevated with a Marionberry glaze that brings just the right balance of sweet and savory. Simple enough for a Tuesday, impressive enough for guests.
Ingredients:
- 1 pork tenderloin (about 1–1.5 lbs)
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - Salt and black pepper
 - 1 tsp garlic powder

 - Optional: fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish
 
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat pork dry, rub with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
 - Sear pork in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat until browned on all sides.
 - Transfer skillet to oven and roast for 15–20 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 145°F.
 - Remove from oven, brush with Marionberry sauce, and let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
 - Drizzle with extra sauce and garnish with herbs if using.
