Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Marionberry Glaze

This juicy, oven-roasted pork tenderloin is elevated with a Marionberry glaze that brings just the right balance of sweet and savory. Simple enough for a Tuesday, impressive enough for guests.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pork tenderloin (about 1–1.5 lbs)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pack Howl at the Spoon Marionberry Sauce
  • Optional: fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat pork dry, rub with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Sear pork in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat until browned on all sides.
  3. Transfer skillet to oven and roast for 15–20 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 145°F.
  4. Remove from oven, brush with Marionberry sauce, and let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
  5. Drizzle with extra sauce and garnish with herbs if using.
Flavor tip: Pair it with roasted sweet potatoes and green beans to round out the plate.
