How do I use this sauce?
However you want—finishing sauce, drizzle, dressing, or straight from the pack if you're feeling bold. (No judgment. We’ve seen it.)
What’s a ‘single-serve’ anyway?
Each pouch = one serving. The nutrition panel reflects the whole pack. Most folks use a full pouch on a lunch bowl or salad. If you're marinating or dipping, use one pack per pound of protein or two smaller portions.
Do I have to cook this sauce?
Nope! These are finishing sauces. Bright and fresh, they’re best added at the end or for quick sautés—like tossing Al Pastor in a hot pan with shrimp. Long cooks (like slow smokers or Instapots) may dull the vibrant flavors. Save the long hauls for your road trips, not our sauce.
Can I use it as a marinade?
Absolutely. Just keep it short and sweet—15 to 30 minutes max. Our vinegar and citrus bases work fast and can start to change protein texture if left too long.
Are these sauces gluten-free?
We don’t use any gluten-containing ingredients. That said, we cook in a shared kitchen. If you have severe allergies, proceed with caution and good judgment.
How long do these last?
They have a 1-year shelf life. Just note: the longer they sit, the more vinegar-forward they become. (Still safe, just sassier.)
Are these sweet?
Nope. No added sugar here. Savory Marionberry is the only one with organic dates to round things out, but no refined sugar in sight.

Yes! 100% plant-based. But we’re equal-opportunity flavor fanatics—our sauces pair with tofu, tempeh, chicken, fish, burgers, you name it.
Can I return my purchase?
We don’t accept food returns (for obvious reasons), but if something’s wrong, email us ASAP. We’ll fix it.
I had an issue with a sauce I bought elsewhere (Amazon, retail, etc). What now?
Your best bet is to contact the place you purchased it from. That said, if you're hitting dead ends, shoot us a note and we’ll try to help.
Can I customize a Mixed Case?
Send us an email with your order number—we’ll do our best to intercept the packing elves before it ships. No promises, but we love a good flavor remix.
