Salmon Cakes & Citrusy Lemon Dill Sauce

These golden salmon cakes are packed with flavor and come together quickly using pantry staples and cooked salmon. The star of the show? That tangy Lemon Dill drizzle that makes each bite feel fresh and elevated. Serve as a main or make mini versions for entertaining.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb cooked salmon, flaked
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, mustard, salt, and pepper until combined.
  2. Form into small patties, about 2 inches wide.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
  4. Serve hot with a generous drizzle of Lemon Dill sauce.
