  • 1–2 hard-boiled eggs, halved
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 2 strips of cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives
  • 1/4 cup bamboo shoots (optional crunch!)
