Lemon Dill Protein Lunch Bowl

 - 1–2 hard-boiled eggs, halved
 - 1/2 avocado, sliced
 - 1/2 cup diced cooked chicken
 - 2 strips of cooked bacon, chopped
 - 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 1/4 cup sliced olives
 - 1/4 cup bamboo shoots (optional crunch!)
