Salmon Burgers with Lemon Dill Aioli
This is how you level up a salmon burger without getting fussy. A pouch of our Lemon Dill sauce turns everyday mayo into a herby, punchy aioli that makes these burgers sing. Add fresh microgreens, sliced red onion, and creamy avocado—and sandwich it all between ciabatta buns for major weeknight win energy.
Ingredients:
- 2–4 salmon burger patties (store-bought or homemade)
 - 1 pouch of Howl at the Spoon Lemon Dill Sauce
 - 1/4 cup mayo (or your favorite vegan mayo)
 - 1 avocado, sliced
 - Handful of microgreens
 - Red onion, thinly sliced
 - Ciabatta square buns, toasted

Instructions:
- Cook salmon burgers according to package or recipe directions—pan-seared, grilled, or baked all work.
 - In a small bowl, mix 1 pouch of Lemon Dill sauce with 1/4 cup mayo to make your aioli.
 - Toast your ciabatta buns until golden and slightly crisp.
 - Assemble: Spread Lemon Dill aioli on the top and bottom bun, layer with salmon patty, avocado slices, red onion, and microgreens.
 - Serve immediately—preferably outside with a cold drink in hand.

Flavor tip: That Lemon Dill aioli works on grilled veggies, crab cakes, or as a dip for sweet potato fries. Make extra.
