Grilled Asparagus with Lemon Dill Sauce
This simple side is peak spring energy. Charred asparagus spears get a bright finish from our zippy Lemon Dill sauce. It’s fast, fancy, and foolproof.
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pack Howl at the Spoon Lemon Dill Sauce
- Optional: lemon zest or chopped fresh dill
Instructions:
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
- Drizzle with Lemon Dill sauce and garnish with lemon zest or dill if using.
Flavor tip: Add grilled asparagus to a salad or grain bowl and use the sauce as dressing.
