Charred Cauliflower & Broccoli with Lemon Dill
Perfectly crisped in the oven or air fryer, this dynamic veggie duo gets a refreshing hit of citrus and herbs from our Lemon Dill sauce. Great as a side or piled on grains for a full meal.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
 - 2 cups broccoli florets
 - 1–2 tbsp olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1 pack Howl at the Spoon Lemon Dill Sauce
 - Optional: crushed red pepper or lemon wedges for garnish
 
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F or set air fryer to 400°F.
 - Toss cauliflower and broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
 - Spread on a baking sheet (or in air fryer basket) and roast for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway through.
 - Drizzle with Lemon Dill sauce before serving. Add garnishes if desired.
