Charred Cauliflower & Broccoli with Lemon Dill

Perfectly crisped in the oven or air fryer, this dynamic veggie duo gets a refreshing hit of citrus and herbs from our Lemon Dill sauce. Great as a side or piled on grains for a full meal.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pack Howl at the Spoon Lemon Dill Sauce
  • Optional: crushed red pepper or lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F or set air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Toss cauliflower and broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet (or in air fryer basket) and roast for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Drizzle with Lemon Dill sauce before serving. Add garnishes if desired.
