Al Pastor Marinated Grilled Chicken with Pineapple Salsa

This juicy grilled chicken brings the street taco vibes with a fresh twist. Marinated in our Al Pastor sauce and finished with sweet pineapple salsa, it’s perfect for tacos, bowls, or eating straight off the plate.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 pack Howl at the Spoon Al Pastor Sauce
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken in Al Pastor sauce for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight.
  2. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  3. In a bowl, combine pineapple, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt for salsa.
  4. Top grilled chicken with salsa and serve hot.
