Al Pastor Marinated Grilled Chicken with Pineapple Salsa
This juicy grilled chicken brings the street taco vibes with a fresh twist. Marinated in our Al Pastor sauce and finished with sweet pineapple salsa, it’s perfect for tacos, bowls, or eating straight off the plate.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
 - 1 pack Howl at the Spoon Al Pastor Sauce
 - 1 cup diced pineapple
 - 1/4 cup diced red onion
 - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
 - 1 tbsp lime juice
 - Salt to taste
 
Instructions:
- Marinate chicken in Al Pastor sauce for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight.
 - Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until fully cooked.
 - In a bowl, combine pineapple, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt for salsa.
 - Top grilled chicken with salsa and serve hot.
