Chimichurri Chicken Skewers

Bright, herby, and just the right amount of charred. These Chimichurri Chicken Skewers are fast, flavorful, and perfect for the grill. No overnight marinating—just 15 minutes and fire.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into 1.5-inch pieces
  • 1 pouch of Howl at the Spoon Chimichurri Sauce
  • Wooden skewers (soaked in water for at least 30 minutes)
  • Optional: lime wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with the Chimichurri sauce and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes while you preheat the grill.
  2. Thread chicken pieces onto soaked wooden skewers.
  3. Grill over medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and nicely charred.
  4. Serve with extra chimichurri and lime wedges, if desired.
