Whipped Feta with Roasted Strawberries & Savory Marionberry
This one's dangerously easy and seriously impressive. We whipped salty feta with creamy yogurt until fluffy, roasted a handful of strawberries until syrupy, and then topped it all off with a bold drizzle of our Savory Marionberry Sauce. Serve it with toast, crackers, pita chips, or just your favorite spoon.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup block-style feta cheese
 - 3 tbsp plain yogurt (plant-based or dairy)
 - 1 cup strawberries, diced
 - 1 pouch of Howl at the Spoon Savory Marionberry Sauce
 - Fresh bread, seeded crackers, or pita chips for serving
 
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread diced strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes until soft and jammy. Let cool slightly.
 - In a food processor or blender, whip feta and yogurt until light and smooth—this can take a minute or two depending on your blender.
 - Swoop the whipped feta onto a serving plate or bowl.
 - Spoon the roasted strawberries over the top.
 - Drizzle generously with Savory Marionberry Sauce and serve with your carb of choice.
 
Flavor tip: This also works great as a brunch centerpiece. Just double the batch and add a mimosa.
