Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs, whisked
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
 - 1/4 cup diced onion
 - 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 4 small flour tortillas
 - 1 pack Howl at the Spoon Al Pastor Sauce
 - Fresh cilantro for garnish
 - Olive oil for cooking
 
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté bell pepper and onion until softened.
 - Add eggs, season with salt and pepper, and scramble until cooked through. Stir in cheese and remove from heat.
