Herby Chimichurri Shrimp Skewers
Bright, juicy, and ready in under 10 minutes, these shrimp skewers are summer's favorite flavor flex. A quick grill and a heavy drizzle of Chimichurri is all it takes to look like you actually planned dinner.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pack Howl at the Spoon Chimichurri Sauce
- Olive oil for grilling
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Pat shrimp dry, coat lightly with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill for 2–3 minutes per side until just cooked and slightly charred.
- Remove from heat and drizzle generously with Chimichurri. Serve with lime wedges.
