Pappardelle Pasta with Braised Beef, Cream Sauce & Chimichurri

This comfort food mashup brings together melt-in-your-mouth braised beef, creamy sauce, and a zippy drizzle of chimichurri for balance. It’s rich, bold, and made for cozy nights.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz pappardelle pasta
  • 1 lb braised beef (leftover or pre-cooked)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened dairy-free cream or coconut cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pack Howl at the Spoon Chimichurri Sauce
  • Fresh parsley or Parmesan (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook pappardelle according to package directions. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, warm cream and add braised beef. Simmer until heated through, adding pasta water to loosen if needed.
  3. Toss in cooked pasta and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Plate and finish with a swirl of chimichurri and optional toppings.
