Pappardelle Pasta with Braised Beef, Cream Sauce & Chimichurri
This comfort food mashup brings together melt-in-your-mouth braised beef, creamy sauce, and a zippy drizzle of chimichurri for balance. It’s rich, bold, and made for cozy nights.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz pappardelle pasta
- 1 lb braised beef (leftover or pre-cooked)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened dairy-free cream or coconut cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pack Howl at the Spoon Chimichurri Sauce
- Fresh parsley or Parmesan (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook pappardelle according to package directions. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.
- In a large skillet, warm cream and add braised beef. Simmer until heated through, adding pasta water to loosen if needed.
- Toss in cooked pasta and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
- Plate and finish with a swirl of chimichurri and optional toppings.
