Lemon Dill Avocado Toast with Soft-Boiled Egg
Upgrade your classic avo toast with a silky soft-boiled egg and a drizzle of our Lemon Dill sauce. It’s fresh, it’s fast, and it looks like something off a fancy café menu. All you need is five ingredients and five minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 slice sourdough or whole grain bread, toasted
 - 1/2 ripe avocado
 - 1 soft-boiled egg
 - Salt, pepper, and chili flakes (optional)
 - 1 pack Howl at the Spoon Lemon Dill Sauce
 
Instructions:
- Toast your bread to your desired crunch level (we like golden with a bit of chew).
 - Smash avocado on top. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
 - Peel and slice a soft-boiled egg in half, placing it on top of the toast.
 - Finish with a drizzle of Lemon Dill sauce and serve immediately.
 
Flavor tip: For a bolder bite, top with pickled onions or fresh arugula.
